EPWG on FoRB co-hosting an event on Ethnic Chins in Burma

On July 9th 2013, MEP Laszlo Tokes a member of the EPWG on FoRB, hosted a public hearing on the struggle of “Ethnic Chins in a changing Burma/Myanamar” in the European Parliament. The event in collaboration with the EPWG on FoRB highlighted the challenges faced by the Ethnic Chins, the majority of whom are Christians. Laszlo Tokes MEP in his speech expressed solidarity and active support to persecuted ethnic Chins in Burma.
