Turkish attacks on Afrin threat for religious minorities

With great concern the Intergroup takes note of the Turkish attacks on Afrin.

We are particularly concerned about the position of religious minorities in the region and therefore call on the Turkish authority to avoid religious minorities becoming victims of their attacks.

This call for attention for religious minorities is based on information we have received from representatives of the Yazadi and Aramean communities.
